What type of notifications can I receive?
In the Settings of your Application, you can enable the following notifications for you and your team:
- Email notifications each time a new chat session starts
- Email notifications whenever there is an unresolved chat
- Email notifications whenever there is an unresolved chat
What type of notifications can chat users (clients) receive?
Email notification to users who have not read the operator's message within 15 minutes. This feature only applies to users who have provided their email contact.
