Ribbo provides a chat summary to discover valuable insights and catch up with chats that require special attention. The insights are sent by email, and contain information on the number of total chats, whether they were successfully resolved or required human interaction, and their severity.
How to get Chat Analytics?
1. Go to Applications ➡️ Settings ➡️ Notifications.
2. Enable Chat Analytics and insights.
3. Choose how often you'd like to receive analytics and Save.
