If Ribbo made a mistake in a chat response, you can make it learn the correct answer. Click on Adjust & Retrain AI below the incorrect answer in the chat ➡️ edit the response and click Update Chatbot.

Once done, Ribbo will give a correct answer to any similar questions in the future.
